Shore Power UPS

The LDC Shore Power UPS is a shore-to-ship power solution that deeply integrates shore power conversion with uninterruptible power supply technology. With a capacity range of 50 kVA to 20 MVA, voltage levels of 440 V / 6.6 kV / 11 kV, and selectable 50 Hz / 60 Hz output frequency, it delivers stable, reliable and uninterrupted power to vessels during port calls.

Built on a double-conversion (rectifier + inverter) architecture, the system's DC bus flexibly integrates battery packs, photovoltaic and wind power for multi-energy complementation and energy buffering. During grid transfer, sudden load changes or grid disturbances, the system continuously supplies high-quality power — eliminating vessel blackout risks and equipment stress, and ensuring uninterrupted port operations. Low-voltage AC shore power products adopt two-level or three-level topology, while medium-voltage AC products adopt a multi-level cascaded-unit topology, balancing efficiency, power quality and reliability. It is widely applied in ports & terminals, container terminals, cruise port areas, ship berthing, shipyards and marine engineering.
